JODI HALKIER

Jodi is an enthusiastic tenacious no nonsense lawyer who always puts her clients first.

Jodi first encountered family law as part of her training in 1998, roll forward to 2001 and she opened her own legal practice and began to make a name in family law. She has considerable experience in dealing with these very delicate matters involving separation of families. She is a product of divorced parents so has a personal understanding.

Jodi’s biggest concern aside from her clients is their children’s involvement in the case. She also has a degree in Psychology which certainly helps in dealing with sensitive family related matters.

Jodi specialises in divorce and separation, child contact and parental responsibilities, complexities emanating out of financial issues on divorce or separation as well as in respect of the arrangements for any children, pre-marital discussions and agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

She is also very experienced in property law which is beneficial when dealing with former matrimonial homes, second homes or property investment portfolios on divorce or separation.
