JESSICA KONG

Jessica Kong is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, with an honours degree in Biochemistry with Biotechnology and a Masters of Science degree in the Management of Intellectual Property. ​

Jessica began her career in private practice, before becoming in-house trade mark manager for the UK’s leading sports retailer. She advises on contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters in the UK and on International applications, including portfolio management, IP due diligence, trade mark clearance and registration, enforcement, opposition and infringement.

​Jessica also advises on online infringement issues, such as domain name complaints, keyword advertising and social media infringement take down requests.
